Our Terms & Conditions

Customers must know:
(1) The product's pictures are provided by the factory, it may vary from the real product due to computer's resolution and graphic. So, please think about it before order.
(2) The size is provided by factory too, different brands may have their different measurements. So, we would not take the responsibility on this problem.
(3) Shortage may happen anytime. So, if a shortage is held after you made the payment, then, you can select either one from below to solve your problem:
(a) Change the product.
(b) Ask us to refund your money back.
(4) Shop4Ego will order the customers' required products from overseas only after the order’s due date. But, sometime problems may occur and delay the time of delivery ie. problems at customs, delivery company's problems, etc. Hence, customers may have to wait for about 1- 3 weeks to get their products. Please be patience. If not, please do not make any order.
(5) We will proceed sending your order as soon as we receive the products.
(6) No changing/modification after order took place. So, please look and read carefully before making any order.
(7) If customer makes payment after order’s due date, then, the order will be brought to next shipment.
(8) Once the products had been post, no more refund.

Defective Product Exchange
(1) Customer must check their products once they received the products. Any problem, please contact us (email/sms/call) in two days times after received the products, and tell us the problem.
(2) If a customer wants to make the exchange, please write down a memo [details of product, receiver's name, address, and contact number] into the package together with the products. This is because, there are some cases on defective product does not have the sender's details, and giving lot of works to us.
(3) So, please attached a memo, so we can contact you once we get your defective products.

Defective product means:
(1) Obvious torn and dirty.
(2) Non-symmetrical, ie: trouser legs have different size of length.
Below are the cases, which excluded from defective (will be ignored):
(1) Smelly (Some cloth may go through a specific process which brought a smell together, but, the smell will be gone after you wash it).
(2) Differences between picture and real product. (Process of taking picture in different angle / using different effect / cutting may affect the vary of product)
(3) The cloth may not well clean.
(4) A little dirty on the cloth (may get it in the process of delivery).
(5) The branding was cut or less.
(6) Customer notify us about the defective product for more than 3 days.
(7) Used product cannot be returned or refundable.
(8) Returned products without any reason will be ignored.

What is Order's Due Date System?

First of all Order's Due Date System is only applicable to Malaysian residents. Those who live outside Malaysia are not affected.

Order's due date is a final date before we finalize the orders with our suppliers in oversea. Due to rising cost of delivery and government taxes, in order to cut cost, we have to gather all orders from our customers and start sending the orders to our suppliers on the next following day.

Orders that are paid after the order's due date will have to wait for the next one.

Shipment from our suppliers will arrive to us first, and after checking that everything is in order, the products will then be delivered to you. Hence the 2-3 weeks time in delivery to reach you.

Order's Due Date will be annouced on the front page of our website.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why the products are expensive?

Our stock is imported from oversea, it includes delivery fees from oversea and government tax, which is cost a lot. Hence, the price is higher.

If I take order now, when can I get my product?

First, we will only order the products after the order's due date, then order from oversea a day after that. If the stock does not face any problem during customs, we can promise that you can get your product within 1-2 weeks time after the order's due date.

If I made a mistake ordering the wrong size, can I change it?

Sure you can, but the delivery fees back to us is costly, we will advise you to buy a new product. (ps: pay attention to details and think carefully before purchasing.)

Product is in good quality?

We can promise you that our product is high quality.

Can I make the payment only after I get the product?

Sorry, we do not provide credit sales...

I live in Malaysia, how to pay?

For our Malaysian customers, we accept local banks transfer. For local bank transfer, once you confirm the order, select Malaysian Bank Transfer as your mode of payment. Once you do that, the website will show details of our bank accounts (An email will also be sent to you with this details). Currently we have CIMB, Public Bank and Maybank bank accounts. Please choose one. Bank-in your money to us, and then please inform us your order #,exact total amount and the exact transaction date & time either by:

a) emailing us at henzoss@gmail.com

b) call/sms us at 017-9223210

c) using the message facility order form.

Failure to comply will result in delaying your order.
